Please note the following:
- We kindly ask if you need to cancel an appointment you give at least 24 hours notice payment for the appointment will be required and will be none rebatable.
- Saturday appointments are private fee only and will incur an extra $10 to out of pocket expense.
- Accounts that are left outstanding on the day may incur a 10% surcharge to the total amount to cover additional administrative fees.
